​Nevaeh Ortiz was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Soon after High School, it wasn't long before Nevaeh got into the Insurance business. Her family had been in the industry for 20+ years so it wasn't much of a surprise when she followed in their footsteps. Nevaeh believes that building relationships with clients is one of the best ways to ensure they have someone to trust when it comes to protecting their family and belongings. She aims to help customers with questions and provide the products and knowledge that can serve them best.

Queenie Brown was born and raised in Riverside, California. She moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico in her young adult years. Queenie attended the University of New Mexico where she earned her BA in communication and also studied psychology. Queenie is fluent in Spanish and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients understand their insurance needs and are covered for any situation.

Wendy is with the Strategic Customer Service Team. She is originally from Los Angeles, California. Wendy has been in the customer service field for over 20 years. But recently took the jump to the insurance world this past June 2024. She thrives on helping our customers in a friendly and timely manner answering all questions to the best of her knowledge.

Candice signed up to work for SIG as a Customer Service Representative in March 2023 after being a stay-at-home mom for 10 years.
At the time, she knew next to nothing about this crazy, competitive industry, but was ready for the challenge. It was all Benito's idea, really. After offering Candice the opportunity to get back out there professionally. 
She took the opportunity to dive back into Customer Service. She had previous experiences such as a Sales Representative and Office Manager that helped her to navigate this role at SIG. Her goal is to bring distinguished service to all our customers. She believes Customer service representatives are the salt of the earth for businesses in all industries.

Lucia Mendoza

Lucia Mendoza was born in Chihuahua Mexico, she was raised in Albuquerque NM, and has lived here for 25 years. After graduating High School, Lucia worked a few years at a couple of sales jobs until a door opened for her in the Ophthalmology world. She ended up working there for 8 great years. Lucia and Benito have known each other since High School, one day he reached out and invited her to join the team! She decided to take a leap of faith and start a new career at Strategic Insurance Group.  Lucia loves the feeling of helping others, whether it's at work or outside of work it's a very rewarding experience.
