Benito Ortiz opened an insurance agency for a captive company and became one of the top
new agents in the country. Seeing the massive opportunity to provide more value to his clientele
by offering multiple companies, Strategic Insurance Group was born. Benito's two children,
Romeo and Teddi, along with his wife Amanda, keep him very motivated for growth and very
busy outside of work hours. Benito coaches youth wrestling and flag football for his son, Romeo,
and Teddi is not far behind

Nevaeh Salinas was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Shortly after graduating
high school, she began her journey in the insurance industry- a natural path, given her family's
20+ years of experience in the field. Following in their footsteps, Nevaeh has developed a deep
understanding of the importance of protection and trust.
She believes that building strong relationships with clients is key to ensuring they feel supported
when it comes to safeguarding their families and belongings. Nevaeh is dedicated to answering
questions with care and providing the right products and knowledge to help clients make
informed decisions.

Queenie Reynolds was born and raised in Riverside, California. She moved to Albuquerque,
New Mexico, in her young adult years. Queenie attended the University of New Mexico, where
she earned her BA in communication and also studied psychology. Queenie is fluent in Spanish
and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients understand their insurance needs and are
covered for any situation.

Wendy Ramirez Provencio is a valued member of the Strategic Customer Service Team. Originally from Los Angeles, California, she brings over 20 years of experience in customer service to her role.
In June 2024, she made the exciting transition into the insurance industry and has been thriving
ever since.
Wendy is also a certified notary, adding another layer of support and accessibility for clients.
She is passionate about helping clients with warmth, efficiency, and care. She’s dedicated to
answering questions thoroughly and making sure every customer feels supported and informed.

Nicole Mills was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, she is a mom of two and a pet lover with two dogs and two cats. Family is everything to her—they’re 49ers fans who love traveling, concerts, and time together at home watching football or tackling DIY projects.

She is currently studying personal lines insurance and contract law through a Harvard course. She's passionate about helping people and animals, always looking to grow and learn. She loves the fall for the balloons and chile roasting, and spring for outdoor adventures.

Elva’s professional background includes experience in a shared service center in Mexico, as well as delivering training programs in Europe. For the past seven years, she has been a licensed insurance agent, dedicated to helping clients find the best coverage for their needs. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Elva is deeply family-oriented and values building strong, personal connections with those she serves.
